Your challenge

When visual inspection is a prerogative for problem resolution, standard technical and application support by phone, email or online remote assistance won't suffice. When on-site service visits are also not an option for the customer, a more sophisticated approach to support is called for.

Our service

That's why KROHNE offers dedicated Live Video Support for all products, in addition to standard installation recommendations, instrument configuration, start-up assistance and troubleshooting via expert helpdesk or remote support services. This premium option involves a live interactive session via a web-connected mobile device for remote support, including screen and camera sharing, review of configurations, technical details, product documentation or downloads, and installation of software and firmware updates.

This live video service is particularly useful when time is of the essence and on-site visits are not the best option, e.g. in remote installation areas or where there are large distances between the affected measurement points, making on-site support time consuming and extensive.

Please note that this service is currently only available in certain countries and requires an individual Service Level Agreement with KROHNE.
